Paul Means is the founder of Means Law Group, LLC.  Paul has practiced real estate law since 2000. His practice currently focuses residential homebuilder lot sale and acquisition deals, development, commercial building sales, and office and retail leasing.
Prior to founding Means Law Group, LLC, Paul was a partner in the real estate and business law boutique firm Gorrell Giles Gollata Means PC in downtown Denver. Prior to that, he practiced as Special Counsel at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP. Before relocating to Denver in 2006, Paul began his practice at the international law firm Orrick (previously Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe) in San Francisco, as well as leading California real estate firm Miller Starr Regalia in Walnut Creek, California.
Paul is an author and lecturer on leasing for the Colorado Real Estate Practice manual and course held annually by the Colorado Bar Association for real estate practitioners. Paul has also served as adjunct faculty for the University of Colorado, Denver, teaching Philosophy of Law to undergraduates.
Paul earned a J.D. from Berkeley Law, University of California, Berkeley, where he served on the Law Review.  He also has a Master's Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and undergraduate degrees from Santa Clara University. 

Jennifer Warnken has been practicing law since 2000 and joined Means Law Group, LLC in 2025.
Prior to joining Means Law Group, Jennifer was affiliated with medium and large law firms with a presence in Denver and around the country. She has extensive experience in commercial real estate transactions and development, common interest community creation, leasing, financing and corporate governance matters.
Before entering private practice, Jennifer began her legal career as a law clerk to the Hon. Gregory J. Hobbs, Jr., of the Colorado Supreme Court, and as an Assistant Attorney General serving as advisory counsel to Colorado’s Public Utilities Commission.
Jennifer earned a J.D. from University of Colorado Law School and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota.
